Buongiorno!  I grew up in the heart of Los Angeles, California (the City of Angels). My family were descendents of Spain (Canary Islands) and Italy (Genoa).  I love the essence of  flavors from both countries and I have adapted them in my cooking style to tantilize sophisticated taste buds.

I have always had a passion for being in the kitchen and creating different dishes from a broad variety of traditional and ethnic flavors. I've had a lot of mentors in the kitchen during my formative years in Los Angeles and I was exposed to Cuban, Mexican, Spanish, Italian, African, Jamaican, Indian and Chinese cuisines.

I am very passionate about making delicious, but nutritionally balanced and healthy meals as well as creating original recipes for my family and friends. The aromatic qualities of fresh spices and the blissful flavors of many foods energize and inspire me to bring the best results to what I do.

have traveled a lot during my life and I love to replicate dishes that I have experienced from all over the world.  My favorite of course, is Italian cuisine.  I spend time in Italy and France and enjoy cooking Italian meals, as well as replicating French gastronomic delights.

With a Personal Chef, you can enjoy relaxing after a long days work and leave the cooking to me!

I continue to attend cooking classes in my community, travel to Italy for culinary courses and seize any opportunity during trips that offer culinary classes.... I am truly hooked!

My dream is to work towards owning my own Bed and Breakfast Inn with a Cooking School and create an atomosphere for people to enjoy and have fun.

I have also begun writing my own cookbook which I am looking forward to completing.  My first book will be dedicated to "Mima" a great mentor, surrogate mother and a wonderful African-Cuban woman that loved to feed everyone that came to visit her home in Los Angeles.  She will always be remembered and I hold her close to my heart.
