WOW! It is great to come home to a healthy and yet gourmet meal for dinner and not to mention the leftovers for lunch. My life is so much easier now that I do not need to worry about where to eat every night. I'm enjoying the meals and being at home relaxing and not in traffic. The food was awesome. The champagne went nicely with our meals. The bread sticks, salad and the homemade salad dressing with raspberries, was amazing. The chicken with gorgonzola appetizer (Chef's special) was delicious. The main course of Osso Bucco and Risotto, the flavors blended very well and did not overpower each other with all the flavors. The apple torta was gone in an instant, even though we were full from our 4 course meal. Thank you so much for cooking for my dinner party.
